Agent has "too many units" to give feedback

I recently bought a unit in Montana. The developer suggested I use Johnlee as my rental agents for the unit.
Wikus, the branch manager, answered a couple of questions and I then signed the mandate.
For over a month my email requests for info on progress of procuring a tenant went unanswered with me having to wait up to 6 days for a reply which did not answer any questions whatsoever.
The emails that I did get as response were short, unhelpful and very demotivating for a 1st time investor.
The reasons when phoning the "agent on site" Anthony, was that "we have too many units in the complex to fulfill the owner's needs for tenants". They could also never tell me if they even truly showed my unit to anyone.
They lack follow up, they also have horrid email responses and dodgy excuses. The whole thing leaves a foul taste.
Wikus was very quick to respond when I notified them I'd no longer need them. No surprise! Selective responding there. Jut like selecting your agent is my own choice.

I've gone through to JustLetting and the woman, Marinda has managed to help me with a tenant within hours. She also has a lovely demeanour and will answer any questions. Give them a shout rather.
