PAM GOLDING NOT DECLARING THE FACTS BEFORE SALE OF

I bought a house through Pam Golding at 82 Tamarik square, Jeffreysbay.the agent who took us to the property was Riana. On entering the property she said that she will look with us as this is also the first time she enters the house. I said I neede a house with a granny flat. I pointed a room with a leak. She said the owner said he will fix it. We went to the flat and it was fully furnished with a stove and kitchen. We signed and waited for registration.during this period I contacted Riana and she said the owner had fixed the leak. I insisted on a written conformation. She sidestepped me and never got back to me. I contacted the branch manager JACO BOTHMA.He said attend to it and also sidestepped me. After that the local authorities refuse to give a occ cert due to the fact that the flat is illegal. Or pay R45000 to legallise it. I contacted Jaco and he agreed with me and said see to it. I also send 3 complaints to PG HQ.Nobody replied. I am trying to get a interview with the owners but nobody comes back to me again only messages that they will set up a meeting. This is the worst service one can get after commission of R115000.I also send this to th EAAB
