Communicair so much they dont cair at all

I have been a tenant at Communicair flat for 20 years and was fortunate to get a flat on the ground floor of the coplex 4years ago which had walls round my back yard area and have lived there verry happily till last week when I recieved a letter in the post telling me that they were removing the wal round my garden which was put up by a previous tennant who got permission from communicair to put them up -- on trying to contact the person invold I was brushed off and not given a chance to proove that they had been put up with permission the people at the Ruiterwacth office are not only rude but dont give a cair in the world what removing my wall is doing to me I have a two year old grandson who only knows this area as his secure area to play in and now from 27th November will no longer be able to play in the yard cairfee I am not only very saddend by this but very angry that I feal this is only happening becuase I am white and the person whe is in charge of these changes does for some or other reason not like me too much i would use 15 letter words for him but will not waist my energy on doing so I just feal that I was not given the fair chance I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT
