Sad that you never kept your promise, lost custome

I logged a complaint a while ago and was promised that a patrol officer would visit my area daily and put reciepts to show he was there, thsi was done for a month or two which was great and I felt valued as client,
but then it just stopped, and I felt no longer valued, so if I am correct I have a 3 yr contract which should be coming to an end soon, I will be cancelling thank you very much,

you let me down too many times for me to even considerr giving you another chance, I have had 3 breaks in and I dont see how this system is helping me,

the best part was is the so called patrol that did happen was the driver stopping on the road, writing his reciept, throws it in my yard and drives off, does nto even check the yard,

I always said its a useless feature to have, just, money making, I dont need it anymore, will protect myself from now on, thank you
