Unhygienic play area

Before Christmas and new year we went to eat at Tygervalley Spur when the lady in the play area brought my son from the play area cover in poo!!! Someone's child apparently had a boo boo in the play area where the PS games are and they did not notice it. I had to go buy clothes and a face cloth to wash him. The manager after notifying him played Houdini and disappeared and made as if he did not notice us. How many kids were exposed to that extremely unhygienic play area, what is your staff doing in there. Hope you thoroughly disinfected the place.
