This agent have been handeling our rentals in Cape Town since November 2011. Her overall lack of communication and feedback is a huge frustration. Tenants dont pay full deposits, yet we were informed that all has been paid.
Contractual obligations is not managed by the agent on the owners behalf ie. complying with bi-monthly inspections. Owner and tenant gets played off between one another by the agent. Private matters of the owner gets discussed with the tenant by the agent. False information gets relayed between the parties by the agent. Questions are never answered by the agent and never dealt with. The interest of the owner in the rental agreement is undermined by the agent, lying on potential purchase agreement, no communication with rental agency board not inforcing eviction agreement on forfitting payment etc.
