Unethical and Disgraceful Service

Pierre Martin rented me a house in Worcester. After 2 months I moved to a larger property and found a sub lease tenant. Aida Worcester approved the new sub lease and Pierre informed me in May 2013 that the deposit was released. He informed me a week later that the other tenants deposit was not paid in yet and if he could use my deposit as a covering deposit for a month or two. I did not have a problem with that.
When Pierre started to get quiet and no money was coming in, I started contacting him. 8 emails later and many phone calls, he never responded. I called Braam de Jager | National Operations Manager of Aida and he said he will call Pierre. Pierre ignored him two and. When I asked what is my possibilities Braam informed me to find a lawyer as he cant do much. I was dumb folded by this response. For a National company to have this attitude.
So be careful of Pierre as he makes very shady deals and then cant explain where the money is. He used your money to finance other deals! Until today he cant explain any of this so its for you to decide!
