Uprofessional fly by nights not repaying my deposi

After a 12month lease period where there were numerous questionable threats and conducts, now this company of incompetent artists has gone to the extent of not answering my calls as I chase them for my security deposit. I was told as per their unique lease that my security deposit would be repaid after 14days, the inspection was done and I advised the agent concern to deduct the electricity balance from the deposit. Its now at a point where the 14days has come and gone but still I have not received my deposit. The first excuse I was patient even though I could not understand why it hindered my payment as banking systems are very advance now and a number of methods of sending funds now being available. The agent involved is now ignoring my calls and sends me whatsapp messages making more promises that he is not keeping to. I will do whatever it takes to make sure these people are exposed and pay my money with interest as I did all they asked from me, yet they now can't keep to their side of the deal. Totally disgusted.
