Parking Area at the Vineyard Spar & De Kelde

On 12/11/2013 I went to the Vineyard Spar, parking space was limited, there was one opening in front of De Kelder closest to the garden. I parked and when I opened my car door I slammed it into a steel pole that is in the garden, I couldn't see the pole because its too small. I closed my door again, reversed and had a look at the pole. Someone covered it with material, but the material was falling of so it wasn't helping.

I bought my car a month ago so obviously you can imagine how I feel. I then contacted 'Koos", who is the owner of Vineyard Spar, with friendly help he gave me Neil Quayle's number from Spire Properties who is responsible for this parking area. The first comment Neil had, was to claim from MY insurance and that parking is at own risk.

There are NO signs of "parking at own risk", and I feel that due to bad planning and bad logical thinking, Spire properties should be held responsible.

I am still awaiting response from Neil.
