Deposit and one months rent outstanding since Fe

I rented accommodation from Mahem Hotel for my child studying at Sol-Tech. In January 2013 notice was given and it was agreed that if my son moves out on the last day of January 2013, to ensure that new students can move in, then she will refund my February 2013 payment and deposit. He moved before the end of January 2013 and new people moved in. I forwarded my banking details to Marlene. From there she indicated that the deposits are managed by an attorney and she is waiting on them to do the processing of the payment. She confirmed again that the deposit and February 2013 rent will be refunded. After 4 months I requested to speak to the attorneys myself, but she indicated that I am not allowed... After numerous enquiries and phone calls trying to get answers and or to obtain information on the owner of Mahem Hotel to discuss this matter I realized that it is a waste of time as I am deliberately ignored.
