Never purchase a property under HARCOURT

For the past 6 months I'm waiting for my property to be processed till go date I've signed all documents required even signed with the bank attorneys (NGL Attorneys) 3months ago, also signed with the conveyances they then told me we can't proceed with the change of ownership as there's a problem with the property, that in 18, Doreen Street in Jeppe Johannesburg.
I'm really fed up and even asked Abel to rather get me another property he kept giving empty PROMISES every week even my layer been contacting him but nothing seem to changed. I regret putting myself through this. I would have had a house long time now...
