Dishonst and Unethical

I signed an offer to purchase on the 15th Nov 2013 (Friday) On the same Friday at 8:35 I sent the estate agent an sms asking them to not proceed with the offer to purchase as yet as I would like to see the property again, Ilene from Rawson-Morleta did not respond to my sms, I then called her on Saturday 16th Nov and further asked her not to proceed with the offer to purchase and asked if I could see the property on Sunday the 17 Nov 2013, at 12:00pm. She agreed, after viewing the property again I told her I would call her and she should not proceed with anything until I did so and she agreed.

Wednesday I got an email from Andre Bryuns congratulating me on a property I PURCHASED, and that Andries from his finance department would contact me to proceed with the bond application. I immediately called Ilnes and queried why they had proceeded with this regardless of my instruction, I then followed up with an email to Andre explaining this again. Long story short she has refused to acknowledge the retracted offer to purchase and keeps sending attorney's and his finance guy to get banking details form me to proceed with the offer! I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS MAN AND LACK OF ETHICS!
