We never signed power of attorney with Taleni-Godi Incorporated (attorneys) : Happy Godi and Unathi Taleni. The sale, transfer and registration of our property ERF 642 Naturena (stand and a house) into Ms Pretty Dube's name was done without our authorisation, knowledge, consent or permission. Ms Pretty Dube was already deceased during sale and transfer of our property into her name. It is impossible that the deceased person can buy a property from the grave. We don't know these attorneys and we never met them. We never presented our FICA documents to them in anyway whatsoever (however named). This accountable institution failed to establish and validate identity of client (s) ( not us and not Ms Pretty Dube because she was already deceased). There is a registered mortgage in favour of the property. There were and there is no representation by us (owner of property) by conduct or otherwise that we were selling, disposing our property. Telani- Godi Incorporated as attorneys in practise, can't plead ignorance of the South African systems of client verification, sale, registration of transfer of ownership of immovable property.
