FNB giving incorrect rate

I applied for a bond with FNB and received a 8.5% rate per the quotation they sent me. I accepted and signed the quotation, but when I arrived at the bond attorneys saw that the rate per the documents were 8.6%. I contacted FNB who confirmed that they have corrected the rate, but per the bond attorneys the rate on the system is still the incorrect rate. What is worse, is that I encountered the same problem last year when I purchased a different property. I had to give notice where I'm currently renting, and as a result of FNB not correcting the rate, the transfer of the property will most likely not occur before the end of April.

Can someone please correct the rate to the quoatation I signed?
