No taking responsibility/Apologising for a mistake

I have a monthly parking card at Sandton City. I pay in full every month, however this month, they did not allocate the amount to my card and I was unable to get into the parking lot. I called EVE MATTHEWS to tell her what happened and she asked that I send her proof of payment which I did. She then advised me that I was quoted the wrong amount and that I should pay R615 going forward, which is more that what I was originally quoted. I spoke to her THREE times before, once on the phone, once in person and once on the phone when I was about to make the EFT. I asked her each time what was the amount to pay. She confirmed each time that it was R543. Instead of (as a manager ought to) taking responsibility for the mistake and apologising for the inconvenience caused to me, a CUSTOMER, she refused to apologise or take any responsibility or rectify the problem in any way and had a very bad attitude in dealing with my complaint. I am extremely upset with this rude woman!!! I don't care about the money, just own up to the mistake and don't be so rude to customers!!!
