Gautrain
The worst experience of my life!!!

The first time the Gautrain. I used the enjoyed the trip until I tried to get out of the parking. The machine swolled my white parking. Spoke to the lady through the parking then was advised that I needed to come to the office. everybody had to reverse
so that I could go and park my car. After I explained what had happened I was again asked numerous times for my parking ticket which I did still not have!!! A rude lady by the Nolma need told me that I had to pay cash for my ticket even though there was money
on my gautrain ticket for the parking she would not take it off the card. The lady said to me that she will get away with this, what will they do to international tourist? Very very unhappy but paid this to get out of the parking!!! NOT VERY NICE TO YOUR CLIENTS.
