How do you change the amount payable after I paid?

I placed an online order like I have done many times in the past. I paid by credit card and the full amount due was deducted. Mr Delivery Centurion called to confirm the order. A couple of minutes later they called back to advise that I had to pay an additional R8.50. I wasnt happy about it but I agreed to pay the R8.50 in cash. A couple of minutes later they called again and advised that I had to pay a further R52. I questioned this as I ordered on Mr Delivery's platform and I paid the full amount quoted. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager - Debbie Tetlwo was of no assistance. At no point did she apologise for the inconvenience and just kept saying that I had to pay the amount. I have a problem with all these hidden costs after I paid. Debbie was unable to deal with the situation and I cancelled the order and insisted on a full refund. The money has not been refunded. I told Debbie that I was planning on taking the matter further, and she did not seem to mind. I lodged a complaint with Mandisa at the call centre. She called the branch and advised me that she spoke to the branch and they would call me to sort it out but they never called me. No food no money no service!
