I have rented a property from Status mark property rentals but due to circumstances have lost my job, i have informed them about the situation and even wrote a letter to the owner about situation and that i will make payment as soon as my funds become available, they would return to me to me to give me feedback instead i was issued with a 24 hour eviction notice, not even a 30 day notice period witch is required by law, I was unlawfully locked out with my property still inside on a rainy day, However i had to refer the matter to the Housing tribunal who faxed them a letter to confirm unlawful practice I am to vacated the property by law on the 30th of April, On the 09/04/2013 i was served with another 24 hour eviction notice On the 10/04/2013 i was contacted their accountant whom spoke to me as if was a child calling me a over the phone and to make matters worst sent me an text telling me i was now black listed by Status mark Property, HOW CAN YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE IN THAT WHY TELLING ME QUOTE-PLEASE DON'T TELL OK YOU SAID OK LAST TIME AND I GOT NO PAYMENT I told her i can't talk i am in public and she said quote- I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SAY YOU A.
