I refer you to my previous complaint on hellopeter "ALL BE WARNED" and my view still havent changed and I am still getting no response and your unprofessional behaviour sickens me. We have moved out of 2 Tuscan Place on the 29th of May. The inspector came on the 28th of May and according to you handed in the report on the 15th of June. Well believe it or not it is the 8th of July and you are not returning our calls or even just keeping us in the loop about what is going on. I would like to refer you to your lease agreement where-in it states that the owner of the property holds my deposit not Status Mark. Thus it is still your responsibility to get the deposit paid back. Do not even try to tell me it is because of the owner of the property, it is because you are not doing what you are getting paid to do and that is to lease properties, get rent and deposit, customer liason and handling of money and deposits. According to the lease you have 14 days after the inspector handed in his report to refund the deposit into my account this is more than two month since we have moved out and more than two months since he came to do the report and handed it in on the 15th OF JUNE.
