Just Letting
They just dont give a!

I first emailed the letting agent on 04.02 requesting repairs in the apartment. A few days later Charmaine who is responsible for maintance came in to inspect what needed to be repaired.
I never heard from her until I sent a second email on 16.04 complaining that no action had been taken on their side. On 17.04 both kele and charmaine acknowledged receipt of my email with charmaine apologising for the delay promising that a certain patric would make contact with me the very same day.
Todate 30.04 I am yet to hear from patric, i rent this apartment and pay my rent without fail. It saddens me that they are late on fixing small, but necessary repairs. I am frustrated beyond measure.
