Just Letting
UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE

As per the contractual obligations between myself and Just Letting, an exit inspection of the above mentioned unit was required. Up until today - 7 January 2014 - no such inspection of the property has been conducted. The only communication I have received in this regard was a phone call on 6 January 2014 in which I was told that the responsible person was out of town. This is in spite of the fact that an email confirmation, dated 30 October 2013, was received from Lindie Vosloo, confirming that Just Letting will arrange the exit inspection.

The property in question was left in an unsuitable state for the new tenants to occupy.

Furthermore to the above, the tenants who occupied this unit did so without any contractual agreement being signed. This breach was orchestrated by Sandy Jacobson, the Just Letting representative at the time.
