Manhole that leaks sewerage when it rains

I stay at an Angor managed complex called 22 on Campbell in Craigavon. Every time it rains, the manhole outside my house overflows and sends sewerage flowing into the streets. This is disgusting and must be sorted out immediately- it has been brought to their attention numerous times. The wall outside the complex also needs to be painted desperately and so do the common walls that are peeling within the complex. The thorn tree outside my house number 9 is also falling down and needs to be sorted out - this falls within the common property. We at residents should feel proud to live there - not embarrassed. The complex does not look taken care of at all and does not make any of its tenants want to stay in a Angor managed complex again.
