Most Unreliable Estate Agent

Moving is a big process, and as a tenant I expect an estate agent to keep contact between owner and tenant. We wanted to move and had found an appropriate house. Kotie was informed that we have animals and that we wished to put up gates. We requested that she get permission from the owner and never received an answer. After contacting her several times for an answer, several days before the scheduled move (after prying information) she informed me that she has still not received an answer from the owner, and that the municipality bill was outstanding. So at last minute we were informed to rather choose another place. Luckily there was a place that she could show me and was decent enough. We still today have not moved into our new place and had to phone today to find out when we shall receive the keys, and yet again have not received a definite answer. But yet we are still required to pay a full months rent for September. All I expect is for someone who gives a service just to be capable of doing there job. Kotie is unreliable and most definitely has failed in a basic task of communication skills.
