Do not believe the advertisement

I listened to the advertisement on EAST COAST radio about the Just letting Property Group and decided to use them. Their advert is pure HOGWASH. This company is the most pathetic ever Letting Agent.
They claim to screen their tenants, what bull. They supposedly found me a tenant, made me move my furniture to Durban. Clean out the place, only to inform me weeks later after I enquired about my deposit, that the Tenant changed his mind.

Their business conduct is totally unprofessional, and it is a surprise that with this type of service they are still in business. They have cost me R8000.00 for moving my stuff to and fro, and have felt no remorse for doing this.

I will be notifying ASA and request that the Radio ad be totally reworded. To downright Pathetic
