I have purchased a Nissan Navara From GLOBAL NISSAN GEZINA MFC ACCOUNT NUMBER P10099609 in 2010. In 2012 April I Decided to get the v9x from GLOBAL NISSAN SILVERTON. The deal was arranged and a QUOTE/AGREEMENT was made between Myself and Global Nissan. The sales person was Stefan. It was agreed that on their invoice I will receive a CANOPY and a Navigation Unit. He agreed with me that My 2010 Navara will be settled (NOT TRADE IN but SETTLED) and that the Nav Unit Will Be installed.
Stefan and a Sales Person from Global Nissan delivered the vehicle to my house, the nav unit was not Installed but he said and promised that it will be done. After I have signed the documents The Sales Person with Stefan took the 2010 Keys and left as it would have been settled.

of the attached agreement)
This vehicle was never settled and after many phone calls and emails to Stefan about the double PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH he was either fired or retrenched or what ever the case may be. Stefan Still then promised to settle the car as the agreement
