The Good & The Bad

I had a problem with my laptop & took it back to the store within seven days. The service I received from Azaan at the services department was excellent. Beside the store manager, no one can compare to Azaan & the service he provides at the Woodlands branch. Well done Azaan, just keep on doing what you do best. On the other hand, Stefan is a disaster just waiting to happen. He was so rude to me, he gets all high rate when he talks as if he is the customer & he cannot control his temper. Stefan is really in the wrong line of job especially when it comes to retail as he needs to deal with customers & with the temper & attitude he got, its really not going to work out well for him. The service I got from Stefan was just PATHETIC & I don't think I will ever go back there to shop again.
