Shocking Client Care

Terrible and shocking that is all I can say about the attitude of the their Employees, and this not even after we have signed the contract. We were in the process of renting a unit from them when it came down to paying the deposit the rudeness started giving the clear indication that all that they care about is the money. The response we received from Chantel is so shocking that I can't believe that she actually deals with clients daily. We were told not to threaten her by not using them ever and that we should not get an attitude with her. We don't threaten we do, we will never ever use Olea Properties for Rental and or buying or selling a property and we will advise people to please not use Olea.
I am so glad that this happened before signing anything and I would not recommend them to anyone
