False promises made to buyers, misleading info

We purchased a property through gallery estates who is taking us for a big ride, they do not deliver on any promises made, they have no communication methods in place, they take peoples money for houses and then they rent the property out and are receiving rental income at my expense and are not making arrangements for their tenants, they have no proper records of which properties are sold & when, the places a tenant on a property after signing an offer to purchase, they have on numerous occassions made promises which are not fulfilled. The owner of the estate agency is not co operative and is never available. They atitude received from the owner of Gallery Estates is disgusting, he has mislead us yet he has such atitude, we cannot trust what confims even in wirting because that is not what happens. This estate agency does not respond to emails timeously iether. it is appauling to know that buyers have to deal with the estate agencies tenants due to their neglegence, they dont even have the decency to return phone calls or attend to the matter personally.
