Heavy Complain

I have notify Impact meters that I'm moving out of my property to rent out. Guess what the Electricity Bill shoot the sky since they didn't want to pay back my deposit. Meter readers for Impact if any are useless and they must go to school and learn how to read meter properly. I was hardly in the property during the last month of moving out. Impact meter must shut down and stop day light. I have discussed with the manager (Johaness) to give answer/breakdown, he then said no one can tell me why my usage has been this high. Shame on you impact meters and poor service you are providing to South Africa!
