Bullies and Liars

On moving in lights didn't work, stove didn't work, wooden bridge you needed to use to get to the front door as it went over a pond was broken in some places, wooden fence in the front was rotting and needed replacing, koi pond was so green you couldn't see the fish and it smelt so bad, especially on hot days, this list was drawn up and for 3 years plenty things were not working inside and out which we sent through to them asking for repairs. They always had excuses, we always pd rent on time or early and yet we were always threatened with letters of demand which I have now just received from them again tonight as for the first time ever, I have taken the rent money and started to fix the pond and drain it due to the now posing health risk and paid the balance of the money left over into the owners account. Only to now have Impact threaten me with final demand which I have to pay rent balance plus their own occurred interest now which has pushed the rent balance up from three thousand to just over four thousand so they can sit pretty once again. and if I don't pay this in 20 days the lease will be terminated. Surly there is something someone can do about these people.
