Mice in room

Good day

We stayed at Aquila 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to complain about a few things.

We spent the night there with my 3 year old daughter, we went to bed and shortly after that we heard something in our chalet my husband got up and found mice running around eating our luxuries we then put the luxuries away but they kept on coming back and running through our luggage and eating the sugar.

This was so disgusting and we never got any sleep i am pregnant and couldn't sleep cause i could hear these mice running around in the room all night for a 4 star rating venue I think this was unacceptable. We paid R2500 for the night and I'm sorry to say but this put a damper on the whole experience for us.

Besides that I think water bottles are so old school and dangerous especially if u have kids in the room with u. I think u should invest In electric blankets after all u are 4 star.

I sent Aquila this message and got a reply back only after a few days saying they will look into the problem and was offered a night back which I declined as I would not like to go back I instead asked for a refund and haven't heard back from them yet.

What bad service, no customer service...
