Inhumane treatment by midrand village, stay away if you can

I live in the housing estate called midrand village; I paid my rent on time as I always and then received a message that I didn't pay my rent I called the central development agents and upon my fifth attempt did I speak to a lady called Elsie and and told me the reason I kept on getting the sms was because my rent was R200 short for the month then I asked if I must pay it or can I rather pay it with the following months rent and our agreement was that I could pay it with the following months rent to my surprise yesterday I come back home with an 8 month heavily pregnant woman and the gates are locked I then called the manager Simon who told me bluntly that our unit is locked and he does not care and there is nothing he can do as he locked us out no phone call or any communication of any nature of his intention to do so. this is the most inhumane treatment I've ever recieved I paid R5400 towards my rent why would I not have R200 to pay and I must get locked out of the unit for a mere R200 that is just filthy.
