DO NOT RENT YOUR TOWNHOUSE OUT TO THIS WOMAN

This so called "trusted" business woman is currently refusing to pay our rent in one of our town houses, to date she ows R30 000, 00 in rent and R2000, 00 in electricity, we have asked her to leave the unit, she took us to the lawyers, she claims to have all the money she desires but pays no rent, she refuses to go to her own lawyers to sign documents requiered in order for her to vacate the unit, I have bank statements of hers that show she is taking a salery from her own company of R40 000, 00 pm but yet she does not pay her rent and still refuses to vacate the unit...

Her company is called NUBIA CONSULTING and claims she is also an events company, I hope that who ever gets to read this thinks twise before using the servises of such a so called "trust worthy" person.

I WISH WE NEVER RENTED OUR TOWN HOUSE OUT TO THIS SO CALLED TRUST WORTHY PERSON.
