Acutts Midrand
What terrible estate agents!

I have been looking for a rental property in Midrand, I found one online from Acutts and so contacted the estate agent listed. The lady did not respond to my emails, calls or texts for a week. I then contacted the Midrand branch by phone directly, the agent eventually setup a viewing date and time but did not show up for the appointment. I tried to phone her but she didn't answer her phone. I didn't get any email/text/call to even apologize for the unprofessionalism. Its a pity how an agent can taint an entire brand. I'll never use Acutts' services again after this.
