Incompetent and arrogant rental estate agent

Do not ever use Pretor Home Rentals in Pretoria - they are absolutely useless! In particular, their agent Clementie Zietsmann has proven herself to be grossly incompetent, unfriendly and non-responsive. Here is a description of my experience with her: I phoned in enquiring about a rental, on the fourth attempt she finally answered. She agreed to a viewing appointment at 6pm the same day. I spent almost 90mins in traffic getting to the property. She was not there. I waited at the entrance to the complex, and called her 3 times. All of the calls going to voicemail, i left three messages for her. I waited there till about 7pm and then left. The next day, I phone her and she is not reposnding to any calls. Eventually on the third call (I called her from a landline instead of my cell) she answers. When I ask her why she did not keep to her appointment, she stated that the property had already been taken!!! I felt like swearing her, but restrained myslef and just put the phone down. I will never want to deal wikth this agency/or agent ever again... what a frustrating waste of time and effort. And they don't even have the courtesy to apologise!!!
