Deposit refusal of payment and rude manners

We rented a house from Acutts (Rosemarie and George) upon moving out - due to the roof of the house leaking and damaging my property - which was never disclosed (the leaking roof) we were treated absolutely disgusting by this woman, she has refused numerous times to pay our deposit, stating that we had damaged amounting to R7000, but could never supply us with a brake down of these alleged brakages. we now have a break down of this "report" stating things we have ALREADY sorted out i.e utility bills and alarm bills etc, and she is with holding our full deposit on account of paperwork??? she is extremely rude, and has even escorted my husband from their premesis when asked when we will recieve our deposit! she has no respect for her clients and is down right rude and a horrible image of what a property agent should be.
