Wow, what service?

I've previously dealt with Ronald at Chas Everitt and his service was definitely sub standard. He even came across as rude at times. I am in the market to purchase a property again and found a property on the internet. Problem was, it was listed by Ronald. I reluctantly contacted him again. He didn't sound as though he wanted to help at all and couldn't even be bothered to take my number down and asked me to SMS it to him and also asked whether he could reach me on the number which i called him from. I told him he could. He hasn't got back to me since last week Wednesday so i assume this means he won't be getting back to me and doesn't want to help. I've previously tried to buy a property from Ronald and after showing me three properties i never heard from him again! Please note one of the properties was 50% over my desired purchase price. I ended up contacting another agency and bought from them (on both occasions). His (lack) of service leaves much to be desired and seeing as Chas Everitt has such a good reputation i really wanted to buy from them. But obviously Ronald isn't interested in selling to me! EVER!
