Good day, OC Rental rented my property out to students for 3 years, after the first year they did a inspection, after the second year they did not do it, and I had complains the hole year from the students. Last year I asked from September for an inspection they did not want to do it until the students left. The 31 December, a very bad time in anybodies world. The students was not there and me as a owner, was told they will fix this and that at the end after a mail telling them not to pay out the deposit's they did pay it back, and a lot of things was not fix. T

I also needed to follow up on payments the they had the mandate as Company one of the students did not pay until September of the year, then he paid for the full term. OC Rental decided to give the rest of the years payments back to him. My agreement was with OC Rental till today I did not get a full statement and my full amount is still outstanding. I am sending mails and phoning the company, They ignore all my mails and do not return any calls. The owner do not come back to me. From me and the students we were complaining the hole year. No joy. It is July and no feedback jet. Please help
