KEY RENTALS REFUNDS MY DEPOSIT TO INCORRECT PERSON

Key rentals sends me a credit note on an email stating that my deposit balance after deductions, has been refunded to me and I must please find attached the credit note. I open it only to see that under the banking details section there is someone else's name and account details?
They never even requested my banking details from me, and paid the incorrect person MY DEPOSIT.
I replied straight away and advised that those are not my banking details, only to be told "oh sorry we made a mistake" and that they have requested that person to pay over the funds to me? This is not acceptable and is their error and negligence, Key Rentals needs to refund my deposit to me and claim back the monies they paid to some other person!
