If you have the option of rental companies dont ever use somerset west rentals in the helderberg. When I originally started my lease I was with Remax and was very happy with their service but as from last year somerset west rentals took over and all just went to. Now i have to relocate because of work and they have had excuses about getting the unti rented even tho all of the others in the same complex flew off the shelves so to speak. its been 5 weeks since I gave notice and up to date they have not brought 1 person to come have a look. According to them "it costs too much money to go out to the unit every time!! " I'm sorry, but is that not their job?? i am very dissapointed with the lack of serive and passion that these people show. They are quick to take their money but when it comes to giving it back they have a million excuses.
