I went to collect a courtesy car and I went to Avis Van rentals instead of Avis car hire, they are on the same str. The van rental guys called car rentals to come collect me, but car rentals (Mark) claimed not to have drivers available.

I walked for 20-30min to car rentals and there was nobody at reception, I stood there like a lost child and nobody cared. I stood there wondering why the service at car rentals wasn't the same as at Van rentals...
