Rental Statement debited for a Fine with no proof

Good day,

I am sincerely dissatisfied with the service from pretor. i received my May 2013 statement and released that i was debited for a Fine (Tailgating) for R1000. i have been debited for a similar offence in April which i paid. i requested proof of the second fine (as i do not have any knowledge of this offence), I request this information on 12 June 2013, till this day i am still awaiting the for the information. to my surprise the fine still appears on my June Statement.

please understand that I cannot just pay for a fine which I have no certainty of committing, no proof that i conducted it. i am also suspicious that this fine was duplicated as with the fine i already paid. i need urgent intervention on this matter please
