I've received a fine in the post for a R1000. The time that was indicated on the fine was in the middle of the night (00:51) 28 July 2013, Wemmer JHB. I was in my bed sleeping. We stay in the North of Pretoria and at that time we were sleeping. I dont know who's responsible for such an error to accuse me for a crime I didn't commit. The registration number on the fine is not even visible.
Please withdrawn the charge against me and clear my name.
