DO NOT TRUST BUDGET RENTAL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD

I rented a vehicle November 2013 from Budget Rentals and was initially very happy with their service. Two months after rental I received an invoice from them saying that I owe the amount of R250 for a traffic fine. I asked Budget twice for the proof of the traffic infringement and said I would gladly pay the fine as long as I have proof of the infringement showing the date and where the fine was given and for what reason. The reason being that it has happened before that I was billed for a fine and when the infringement was given, that it showed a date during which time it wasn't me who rented the car. Up to now I have received no proof, and then Budget simply deducted the amount from my credit card!! How can a company still have access to my credit card 2 months after I usedtheir service? This is unacceptable and I will NEVER make use of their service again
