Rawson worst estate agents ever!

Rawson rented a property to us with so many problems and just couldn't be bothered. The door lock came out after a week and they only advised us to fix it ourselves after business hours. The flat has a damp problem which they knew about and it resulted in our three years old becoming really sick because of the damp and mold, our furniture has molded, my spices, my clothes and they just cannot be bothered. Sent someone to look at it after more than a week because I called them. My daughter is taking asthma medicine but was not born with it, it is because of the state of this flat. we are moving this week but nobody is taking responsibilty and we are losing so much money because of medical bills etc.
