Account handed to Sheriffs

I am staying in 74 Lyndleigh South of Joburg, In October 2011, i bought a second car which was supposed to be allocated an extra parking with a monthly fee of R100 a month. This didn't happen due to unavailable parking at that time, i have notified Lyndleigh Body corporate which promised to allocate one as soon as it is available, for some reason i they started charging me for the parking the i didn't have and didn't sign for. this happened for - 6 months, i have tried my best to send a mail to Compeg notifying them that they must stop charging me for extra parking fee as i didn't have parking for my extra car, this was ignored for that six months and i refused to pay extra R100. this amount accumaleted to R600 which added legal fees and interest, like i said i have spoken to Lyndleigh body corparte which refered me to Compeg and Compeg also refered me to Body corporate. now lately i have received a Sheriff letter including legal fees charges and the amount is now -R 2500 that i have to pay. i have all the proof of payments for my levies and services without extrat parking payment. I believe and think my levies pay Compeg to solve all our problems not me running up and down.
