Disgusting Service

I have had two home burglaries in the last 3 months. I have ADT but they have proved to be utterly useless. The first instance they only came 20 minutes later. With the second incident they came 30 minutes later. This is the most disgusting service I have ever encountered in my entire life. What am I paying for? Can someone please tell me what the Service Level Agreement is? Cause by now the thugs know how long ADT takes to respond. Who knows what they will do in future. I need someone from ADT to please explain the reason for this absolutely poor service. Otherwise I will have to get everyone in my complex to join Chubb as they have proved to respond much faster than ADT in our complex.
