A contract was signed, which was breached, Reese Meyburgh has provided less than satisfactory service, perhaps if less time was spent on his arrogance and snide remarks perhaps he could provide more efficient service. Communication has been minimal, there only seemed to be care when a contract needed ti be signed so that commission could be taken however the lease agreement has been breached and all that was received was arrogant emails containing very poor English, I do not know what standard of education is required to work for Etchells & Young but it does not seem like much of an education is needed at all.

Overall PATHETIC service, seems like this company may not know what the term "service delivery" means. I am very disappointed and I would highly not recommend that anyone rents from Etchells & Young and more especially try not to deal with Reese Meyburgh as his attitude is childish and disgraceful to the company in itself
