To whom it may concern:

I would like to lodge a complaint against Etchells and Young. I think they are highly unprofessional and are full of empty promises. We got the run around prior to moving back to OUR PROPERTY and now I am sitting with emails back and forth about the painting of my house and the dirty walls.

I have asked time and time again that this be rectified and this is yet to be done.

I will be escalating this to the ombudsman and taking it to TV.
