Cannot maintain property & overcharging

We have been renting our property directly from the Developer, for almost 6 years now, since they were 1st built in 2008, we were the very 1st people to move into this property, they were still laying the common property driveway, on the 1 December 2008. De Lucia Group was appointed as the agents, for all these complexes, to ensure that everything was looked after inside & out, as well as handling the billing for all services. For the past 5 years, every time you complain to Brenda at De Lucia, NOTHING gets done at all. these complexes are now falling apart, walls are falling over, weeds are growing everywhere, our intercom system hasn't been working since last year already, it apparently costs to much to repair, our electric fence only works when it feels like, there are certain people within this complex, who cannot control themselves or their children, BUT, when you complain, nothing gets done. Our electric gate is constantly broken, because the children will not leave the gate alone, we have had numerous breakins here, & nothing gets done. We are being overcharged on our monthly bill from De Lucia, & for what? we don't even get the service that we pay for.
